GDPR Representative Services Limited (GDPR Rep) is established in England for the purposes of providing representative services to clients based in third countries who are caught by UK GDPR article 3(2) and consequently have a duty to appoint a representative to comply with UK GDPR article 27.

GDPR Rep operates under the mandate of our clients (see some clients) and, to the extent that any personal data is processed in fulfilling these services, is the controller for those data, as we determine the purpose and manner of processing to satisfy our mandated and statutory duties.
